Cancellation Policy:
I ask that you please give a 24hr notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives other clients an opportunity to book that appointment slot.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Please try to give a 24hr notice if needing to reschedule an appointment. I will try my hardest to get you the new appointment date/time if rescheduling within the same month. Please keep in mind if you are scheduling around holidays, school breaks, or school events time slots will be more limited. *Please remember that if Pre-Tan Prep is not FULLY completed the appointment will have to be rescheduled to achieve proper tanning results.*
Late Policy:
I understand life happens and our days can be crazy so, I give a 15 min grace period for every client. If you know that you will be running behind more than the allotted 15mins please call or text me to ensure I have the time available on my schedule. If the time is not available, we will have to reschedule the appointment. When one appointment runs behind, they all do, and I want to ensure each client is given the same respect and experience as the next.
